Training
CB Security values its workforce and encourages both career and
personal development. Training with CB Security is a continual
process. We believe that there is no substitute for professionalism
and good, proper training instils this in an individual.
In addition to regulatory training, we provide our operatives with
additional ‘site-specific training’ tailored to each individual
assignment.
If this action is appropriate, enhanced training is conducted and
includes the following:

Searching Techniques

Vehicle Search

Control and Restraint

Fire Awareness
All CB Security
operatives are trained in the provision of First Aid.
Our training programmes ensure that every security operative is able
to manage an assignment on their own initiative, however, should the
need arise, advice and support from the Team-Leader, Operations
Manager and Directors is available..
